Noel is the real estate expert who is worthy of his commission. During the transaction to sell my home, I needed a real estate attorney, an appraiser, a plumber, and a concrete driveway man. Whenever I called him he was there with at least one and usually two specialists that I could call for help. I didn't have to call someone I didn't know anything about or whether I could trust them. His list of people has been vetted and that was absolutely priceless to me. I used to make jokes about MLS being short for mostly lazy salespeople, folks that passed the test and have their real estate license and that was all there was to being a realtor. Noel is the opposite of all that. When Noel decided real estate was what he wanted to do he dug in and continued to hone his skills. When you trust someone to represent you with the sale of your home pick the best. During the sale of my home I needed to find an agent in Minnesota, Noel interviewed three different realtors and found the one who deals in properties like I was interested in and how to structure an offer that a seller would be most open to. When I found the house I was sure would work out for me I submitted an offer which was one of three that came in at 250k but mine was accepted because of the terms.
